At Kalibre we understand that sometimes you may need to return your items from time to time. As a result, Kalibre offers a 14 day returns periods for all customers. Upon recite of your Item in the same condition it was sent to you we will aim to process your return within 10 working days of it arriving back at our warehouse.

We recommend that you send your returns tracked as Kalibre will not assume any responsibility for items lost when being returned to us.

Orders must be returned to us within 14 days of the product being ordered.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that items are returned within this time. We would ask that you track your item to us so that you can confirm it has been received. Not doing so may affect your refund as items can get lost in transit.

All orders returned outside of the returns period, Will not qualify for a refund.

We aim to refund within 10 working days however please note this could be longer subject to bank holidays and unforeseen circumstances it can. This is due to all orders and returns being processed at a third-party logistics warehouse that has to process the returns at the end of the working week along with other returns and once they’ve confirmed that they have been returned within policy they will then contact us with the go-ahead to issue a refund.

All returns are at the customers personal expense and is up to the customer how they return the item, we recommend using a tracked service for piece of mind.

All returns require your order Number and Name, you should be provided with Order slip with each order however if this has been misplaced or not received, please add this information. If an order is received without this information, then we may not be able to process your return.

All items must be returned unworn, and as new, with the original swing tag still attached.

 

The fee for all return request is 1.95 GBP, which will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover the processing and admin costs incurred for each return.

 

If you are doing a full or partial return of an item’s that originally had free shipping Kailbre reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs from the refund provided. Free shipping is only available for orders in which the items kept by the customer have met the terms of the free shipping.

 

No refund or replacement will be issued until we have received all the items in your return. Please don't use scissors or knives to open your package, you should be able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor or knife marks on our Branded frosted packaging bags may not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, considered fit for resale with tags still attached. 

Insure to be careful when trying products on to not leave marks on the product. We will not provide an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.

Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item bought is faulty or incorrect.

Please note that if you return any items outside of the 2 week returns period and you have not been advised to do so by us you will be outside of our policy and your return will be rejected.

We would ask that you, please fold returned items neatly before sending them back to us.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 working hours. From time to time, it is possible that your mail request may go into a spam folder, while we endeavour to check and clear this on a regular basis this will lead to a delay in you receiving a response.
